Grupo Caracol is the brainchild of Jose and Roberta, a dynamic couple who bring together a rich heritage of hospitality and a sharp acumen for business and design. Jose, whose family were pioneers in the Costa Rican hospitality industry, has hospitality in his blood. His childhood memories of Guanacaste's breathtaking landscapes have deeply influenced the ethos of Grupo Caracol.
